Place your Presbyterian Planning Calendar Order Now
Providence Presbytery will place a bulk order for the 2012-2013 Planning Calendars in order to receive the volume discount. The discounted price for each calendar is $9.00. If it is necessary to ship the calendar(s) to you from the presbytery office, the recipient will be invoiced for those charges. Please place your order now using the online order form so that we all may receive the discount rate. Order form, with pre-payment, must be received in the Presbytery Office by May 14, 2012.
Free Computers for Students
The Computer Ministry team at Allison Creek Presbyterian Church is upgrading old desk top computers, and giving them away. So far, 32 computers have been given to those in need of one. The computers will have Windows 2000 SP_4 and firefox, or Windows XP SP_3, Open Office, and antivirus/malware protection. If you are interested in receiving one, please call the Church office Manager at 803-366-1302.
Help SC Home Celebrate our 100th Anniversary this summer in Montreat.
We plan to celebrate our 100th Anniversary with a party at the South Carolina Home at Montreat after the 4th of July Parade. To prepare for that event we are collecting old photos of groups that gathered at “Our Home in the Mountains” over the years. If you have a photo or several photos that you’d like to share, please scan and email to Don Day at donaldday01@gmail.com. If you can, please identify the folks in the photo and give at least an approximate date.
