Celebrating a Legacy of Faith
Your church is filled with gifted, faithful individuals. The Legacy of Faith Awards is an annual event designed to honor an older adult individual, married couple or 2 person ministry team actively modeling a Legacy of Faith in your community. Select the person or persons you would like to honor this year and complete the nomination form (one per church per year). The nominee(s)’ meal will be covered by our event sponsor.
Nomination Deadline is August 15, 2023.
Nomination Form is available online beginning August 15, 2023
–requires 200 words or less describing your reason(s) for choosing your nominee(s)
–a photograph of the nominee(s). Two nominee entries must include a single photograph featuring both nominees.
Churches often enjoy celebrating their nominee together. Your church can send a delegation to the event. Registration for attendees will begin August 21 and end September 15.
